UPDATE - July 2026. I really don’t think there are enough stars to give this company. After they installed the new furnace and AC air handler in the basement, it decided to stop working for some mysterious reason. No AC at all. Called the emergency number, was called back in less than an hour by a technician, and was in my driveway an hour after that. Diagnosed the issue (blown fuse on the control board). Tech explained everything he was doing and had the system up and running again in under an hour. Couldn’t be happier with the service department and the company as a whole. Call them. You won’t be sorry. UPDATE - April 2026. Stopped by the Home Show in Utica earlier this year and talked to Harry about possibly looking at mini-splits or other options for my house. During his estimate visit, we talked about numerous options, and opted to have the furnace replaced based on age and poor duct design during original owners tenure. Long story short, we settled on a price,and shook hands. Jason and his crew (Sorry guys - I forgot everyone’s name😪) showed up and began the install process. The entire crew was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. As a tradesman myself, I can appreciate good work done by good workers. This is my third time dealing with Country Suburban for pretty major stuff in three years, and every time has been a pleasant experience. They have earned a repeat customer for life. ORIGINAL REVIEW August 2023 Just bought my house a few months ago, and the AC condenser failed on the hottest day of the year. I tried calling other companies, and was told that it would be a week or two before they could even think about coning out to look at it or they weren’t answering the phone at all. I aclled Country Suburban, an actual helpful person answered the phone, and they were able to come out that day to diagnose the problem. Not being able to repair the 20 something year old unit, they were able to replace the condenser the next day. The techs showed up on time, were very professional and courteous and ensured that everything was working perfectly before leaving no evidence they spent hours working in my basement and outside. Awesome company and highly recommend.

No need to call anyone else ,they go above and beyond and do great Quality work , residential or business ether or way they are the way to go !

Can't say enough about Country Suburban! Went through a horrible flood and lost my furnace. Harry and his team went above and beyond to make sure I had the right system for my house along with the most prompt service I have ever received. Every part of the process was made easy between the customer service, quoting and the techs coming out for install. Installation and service was fantastic.

Harry and company installed air source heat pump and whole house generator. Installation was complex and I am detail oriented. Crews showed up in AM, worked all day, listened to my concerns and gave me a great installation. After a few months in service I can honestly say system is efficient and better than I had hoped. I am very happy I selected Country Suburban for the new systems. The office staff and tech staff have all been very responsive.

A new air conditioning system was installed. The only complaint with the entire process was the delay in getting the workers to start the project. Once they arrived, every one of the workers did an outstanding job. Corey, Nate, Earl, and Randy each worked hard and very competent. When done, the work area was cleaned up perfectly. The new system works much better than the previous system. Were very satisfied with the work, and the workers. The appointment time reliability needs tweaking .

I had an air conditioner installed and got a super price from Harry. Three other companies suggested a larger BYU and according to my home square footage Harry was spot on. The from Country Suburban saved me $750 over their competitors.I am very happy with the service and they are so nice to deal with.

Harry sent his tech to repair our A/C the same day , which in this heat was greatly appreciated. He was professional and knowledgeable and figured out the problem quickly. We ve always had good luck dealing with Country Suburban.

Update: I take it all back from my original review! This company has taken my money and just will not fix the issue, despite promises to complete the job by the service department, with NO FOLLOW THROUGH! NOT EVEN A COURTESY CALL BACK! In May of 2026, a serviceman came out and diagnosed several issues with my hot water and boiler system. They needed to order parts...ok, understandable. After 6 weeks and 6 calls to the service department, they still apparently have not even ordered the parts. Each time I call, I am told that they need to speak with the serviceman that came out, and they will get the parts ordered and will "call me back." 5 times i was told this...each time I call it's the same story..."we're sorry...I need to speak with the technician, and I will do that today and get back to you..." This was recently promised again last Thursday, and here it is a week later, with no update, no parts, and NO CALLBACKS...NOT ONCE! They have my money and are happy to just let water drip into buckets... They came out, charged me to diagnose the problem and now I'm out that money as I will have to call another company... what a rip off! While I did have a good experience with my first call to them a while back, I will not waste my time anymore. Lesson learned...I'm all done with calling them back. It's true what they say - a satisfied customer tells maybe a couple of people, a dissatisfied customer tells everyone they know... Original Review (5 stars): All of a sudden, water started to leak from my ceiling. I called Country Suburban, and Jake came out within a half hour, quickly diagnosed the issue and stopped the leak from my furnace unit...he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This was my first contact with Country Suburban, and I was very happy with the service. I thought the bill was going to be outrageous considering it was 730 on a weekday and it was an emergency call. It wasn't at all... very reasonable! Highly recommend...

Technician was very thorough and very pleasant. He discovered 2 propane leaks which were not part of his service call.

Craig came and installed an air-conditioning unit for me today. He was very quick and efficient and super professional. Showed me how to use the unit. Explained to me everything he had done and just did overall a wonderful job. I definitely will be calling them again! Thank you guys so much!

i would highly recommend Country Suburban and harry I would highly recommend Country Suburban and Harry G and his team. I purchased a new furnace from them in December and was very pleased. When I had a problem with my A/C recently, I called them. Thanks to Harry and Nick for going above and beyond to get my A/C working again. I'm very pleased with their excellent customer service.
